The house is sturdy brick, with spacious rooms, porches, and sunrooms.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/bratenahlhistorical.org\/index.php\/louis-and-lillian-grossman\/\">Louis <\/a><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/bratenahlhistorical.org\/index.php\/louis-and-lillian-grossman\/\">and <\/a><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/bratenahlhistorical.org\/index.php\/louis-and-lillian-grossman\/\">Lillie Grossman<\/a><\/strong> acquired the property on November 2, 1904.<\/p>\n<p><strong>John J. O&#8217;Donnell<\/strong> acquired the property on July 20, 1906<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ignatz <\/strong>and<strong> Ethel Klein<\/strong> acquired the home on July 24, 1925.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Julius<\/strong> and<strong> William Klein<\/strong> acquired the home from the estate on January 29, 1964.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/bratenahlhistorical.org\/index.php\/william-klein\/\">William Klein<\/a><\/strong> acquired the home from his brother, Julius, on March 20, 1964.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dennis R. Kinsley<\/strong>, trustee acquired the home from Azucena Klein on March 12, 1987.<\/p>\n<p><strong>James<\/strong> and<strong> Anne O&#8217;Neill III<\/strong> acquired the home on July 18, 1988.<\/p>\n<p><strong>William G. Rand<\/strong> acquired the home on July 10, 2002.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sarah E.
