R. Squibb&#8217;s Bratenahl Office\n\t<\/h3>\n\t<p>Bratenahl&#8217;s Mayor R. Henry Norweb Jr., drove a bulldozer yesterday at ground-breaking ceremonies for a new building to house the local distributing branch of E. R. Squibb &amp; Sons, a division of Olin Mathieson Chemical Corp., at 12655 Coit Road.<\/p>\n<p>Helping him was James Dillon of New York, manager of Squibb branch operations.<\/p>\n<p>The one-story brick and aluminum structure will provide 40,000 square feet of office and warehouse space. It is expected to be ready by January 1, 1957,<\/p>\n<p>The Cleveland branch, opened nearly 30 years ago, services medical and pharmaceutical professions in Ohio, eastern Michigan, West Virginia, and western Pennsylvania.<\/p>\n<p>The Squibb building, to be constructed by the Gillmore-Olson Co., is the first to be developed in the area by Marx Realty &amp; Improvement Co. of New York, which controls approximately 3,000 feet of property on the Lake Shore Freeway.
