While their home was being built, they occupied the Beattie home at the corner of East 105th Street and Burton Avenue. They moved into the Abram Garfield-designed 3,000 square-foot single-family home in 1919. The home had five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and one-half bathroom.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/bratenahlhistorical.org\/index.php\/newton-d-baker\/\"><strong>Newton D. <\/strong>and<strong> Elizabeth Baker<\/strong><\/a> rented the home around 1921.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/bratenahlhistorical.org\/index.php\/martha-rothenberg\/\"><strong>William<\/strong> and<strong> Martha Rothenberg<\/strong><\/a> acquired the property on June 25, 1923.<\/p>\n\t<p><strong>Samuel <\/strong>and<strong> Blanche Wellman<\/strong> acquired the property on July 2, 1943, from an estate administered by his law partner, Edgar Hahn.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Burrell <\/strong>and<strong> Barbara Culp Jr<\/strong>. acquired the home on December 13, 1974.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bradford Roller<\/strong> acquired the home on April 13, 1984.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Thomas <\/strong>and<strong> Christina Kaiser<\/strong> acquired the home on October 9, 1987.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Susie McKinney<\/strong> acquired the home on June 24, 2008.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/bratenahlhistorical.org\/index.php\/places\/\" target=\"_self\" role=\"button\" rel=\"noopener\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tBack to Places\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/bratenahlhistorical.org\/index.php\/places\/homes-current-list\/\" target=\"_self\" role=\"button\" rel=\"noopener\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tCurrent Homes List\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Places Homes Current 343 Bratenahl Road Plat No. 631-18-002 343 Bratenah Road James and Cora Thompson acquired the property from Levi and Mary Ann Haldeman on April 14, 1885.
