They built a 7,500 square-foot stone colonial the lot with 1-\u00be acres, including water access to Lake Erie and boat dock. The home had large rooms with six fireplaces, six bedrooms plus an in-law or nanny suite. An elevator ran from the basement to the second floor.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/bratenahlhistorical.org\/index.php\/josephine-voinovich\/\"><strong>George and Josephine Voinovich<\/strong><\/a> acquired the home on July 14, 1958.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fred and Sally Marie Kreiner<\/strong> acquired the home July 19, 1976.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dr. Perry Robinson<\/strong> acquired the home on July 26, 1989.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Isaac and Elizabeth Reid<\/strong> acquired the home on November 7, 1995.<\/p>\n<p><strong>John and Susan Waychoff<\/strong> acquired the home on May 25, 2007.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/bratenahlhistorical.org\/index.php\/places\/\" target=\"_self\" role=\"button\" rel=\"noopener\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tBack to Places\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/bratenahlhistorical.org\/index.php\/places\/homes-current-list\/\" target=\"_self\" role=\"button\" rel=\"noopener\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tCurrent Homes List\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Places Homes Current 291 Corning Drive Plat No. 631-05-025 Standard Land Company sublot 23 291 Corning Drive Mary Helen Corning acquired the property from the Standard Land Company on November 1, 1917.
